Nestled by the river, this charming one-bedroom apartment provided a serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. With a lovely, spacious walk-in shower and a generously comfy bed, it truly felt like a home away from home. Laura, our host, was outstanding-always available with great local recommendations, making it easy to enjoy the area's culinary delights. The thoughtful welcome basket with bread, milk, and even cookies was a touch of hospitality that resonated wonderfully after a long journey-perfect for someone like me who appreciates the finer things in life. I could easily see myself returning here, ideally with a friend or fellow beer enthusiast, to unwind by the patio and watch boats glide by while discussing the best microbreweries nearby. If you're planning on visiting Rye, Nine the Boathouse is an absolute gem worth experiencing.
